One of those days!
The January thaw is in full swing. The high temperature this afternoon was 58 degrees Fahrenheit, and tomorrow is supposed to be even warmer before the temp falls back to the normal range (Whatever normal is). Heavy rain fell this morning, but it let up by afternoon and I squeezed in a short walk in the park, as you can see from the blip. I'm not sure what to expect tomorrow. I was talking to my niece who lives in Florida, and she says it is abnormally hot there. More like mid-summer. I sure wish this climate stuff would settle down and become somewhat predictable. On a peronal note, I've got a case of sniffles that I hope won't develop into a full-blown cold. Cross your fingers for me please.
The nuthatches, downy woodpeckers, cardinals, titmice, and chickadees were all eager for some sunflower seeds this afternoon. I like this picture best.
