Emma Bridgwater’s Factory

An overnight break in Stoke enabled us to have an early visit to this famous pottery. We were not as early as we had planned due to a motorway nail puncturing one of our tyres. We passed a northbound German Christmas Market convoy on the M6. It really is a big business. All these trucks were from Osnabruck. We got home before the worst of the wind and rain kicked in. The sea was in a full spate as I headed out to the editorial meeting.
