Gourock

Went shopping with mum today haven't seen her all week. Poor effort shopping got very little.
Nipped into Gourock on the way home where this wee statue sits not far from the railway station. Has the inscription " The sweetest of songs is the song of the Clyde".It reminds me of my mum when she was a wee girl . I've seen a picture of her with my papa taken in the mid 50's, a short bob with a ribbon in her hair.
