Down by the river

After a dull start, the afternoon was beautiful - cold but still and bright, just the way I like it, so I went down to the River Don in town and walked a mile or two. Plenty of birds to be seen: long-tailed tits, pied and grey wagtails, song thrushes, robins, wrens, moorhens, and a lovely male goosander. There were some great reflections, but I decided on this one after consulting Pete. I've often wondered why the old building was never demolished. A close inspection shows some of Phlegm's lovely street art.
