Everyday I Write The Book

By Eyecatching

It’s a whirl

Went up to London to see an exhibition at Somerset House - 24/7, about the perils of a world that never sleeps and is driving us to digital exhaustion. Very intense. For a few minutes I became part of the displays as I was wrapped in a shroud by two of the staff and was able to lay there and contemplate the world around me without interacting with it (see extra).

London was a bit rammed and scuzzy tonight. Lots of pissed people obviously unhappy with the rugby result. Some very good Halloween costumes (even though it was two days ago).

Had dinner and drinks in Villiers Street with Maud and the Rogster, which was lovely. Then fell into bad company when I got home as The Dizzle, Strider, Mr G and K.T. forced me to go to the pub and drink beer and whisky as a prequel to The Dizzle’s birthday tomorrow.

Thank you for all the lovely comments yesterday, Monty would have been touched. This is one bit of the digital world that feels different because it is so much more human and gentler in pace.
