Orange Chicken a la TCU

I'm starting to think I have a food blipping problem... maybe because it's easy to take pics of food?

I chose this photo today because when the hubby made dinner, he also added purple food coloring to the rice. I wasn't expecting that when I saw dinner...
Since he's a frog... he thought he should make some purple rice for the orange chicken. He called it orange chicken a la TCU.

Silly hubby! :)
