Harvest revisited

Oh I did enjoy my extra hour in bed this morning! Walked round to church where Right Revd Bruce Cameron was preaching, he was our curate in the late 1960's so he caught up with a few old friends. We have another Bishop celebrating for us next week, our previous Rector Bob Halliday, so another year in store.
We were slightly distracted during the sermon this morning by this little Bluetit. They quite often come into church through some of the breather spaces in the roof, especially during the cooler months. This one had a bonus though, when it found the apples from the harvest display on the windowsill.
Marvin the pug came to visit this afternoon so we had a long walk then he slept, and snored, I think I'd worn him out.
We're off to the Loon Fung this evening for a treat. Time to peruse the menu methinks!
