Circles And Lines

The circles created by the bent over reeds and their reflections in the centre of the image is the main focus of my subject here. Obviously the darker reflection holds more attention, but in a way the added variety makes the shot more interesting.

In contrast the reeds in the top of the frame and the reflections of the cattails out of shot are vertical lines. My only concern is that the lines and circles are a bit 50/50 and one does not dominate.

There was a slight ripple in the water surface from a passing boat and the cloud reflection just happened to be on the upper face of one in the centre of the circle, making that the lightest tone.
