Acer

Anyone walking past my garden would know that this is not my acer ..... my lovely tree has about half a dozen leaves left clinging to the slender branches ..... it's in a rather exposed position and the it takes only the smallest gusts of wind to send the leaves flying.

This beauty is in a very sheltered spot and is protected by the surrounding shrubs.

A lovely day but rather chilly .... I can manage without a scarf but it's definitely time for gloves.
