All powered up & raring to go.

Living on the boat makes you appreciate the things you just take for granted living in a house. Water, for example. We need to make sure we top up our fresh water tank frequently so we don't run dry. Hot water is provided by the engine so you can't just jump in the shower whenever you want, and because we don't have an endless supply you can't stay under for hours either. Electricity is another service which we can't take for granted. Our engine along with 2 solar panels provide our electricity which needs converted from 12v to 230v but as you know from my previous post our inverter died. But thanks to a lovely company called Sunshine Solar & my clever hubby we have a new inverter! Hubby did good in extremely wet weather & we are back up and running. We can once again charge up our electronic gadgets & I can tackle the laundry which had started to pile up, or I could put my feet up with a glass of vino. Decisions, decisions.
