War Rations Book

I found three of my mother's War Rations books from WWII amongst her papers.  The first book, of which there was little left but the cover, included her Certificate of Registrar.  She was listed as being 4 ft. 1-1/2 in tall, 60 lbs, female with brown eyes and hair.  She was 7 years old. The book was issued on 5 May 1942. 

The book I blipped was issued three years later.  I've put samples of the stamps in the extras.  I couldn't find her sugar ration book, but from the few stamps I found, I'm sure there was one of those, too.  The regular stamps were green. the coffee and spares were gray and the sugar an orange print.
