Solitary elephant

Hubby and I decided on the spur of the moment to go to the Addo Elephant National Park today.
I like this ellie with the vast open space behind him. We didn't see too many animals, but that's the beauty of the bush..sometimes you're there at the right time, sometimes not.
But, as usual, it was food for my soul!!
The extras are, a buffalo watching us as we watched him and the herd behind him, and of course I had to have a baby elephant with mom.
