Eat at Joe's

This great Bar-B-Q restaurant has been in business over 50 years and that is about how long I've been eating there when possible.  Tonight our stop was for a BBQ sandwich with slaw and hushpuppies at the restaurant, and peach cobbler to take home to eat with ice cream.  The BBQ is all pork, chopped, and served with a vinegar based sauce.  It is known statewide as Eastern North Carolina Style.
