Quilled Squirrel

This is the most beautiful, keep forever, card.  Rob gave it to me before he left.  The squirrel is quilled and for anyone who may not know, quilling is the art of rolling, coiling and shaping small strips of paper to create a three-dimensional design.  Apparently the art form dates back to Ancient Egyptian times where crafters would use a bird's feather (quill) to coil the paper.  I did it briefly in my younger, pre-arthritis years, but it takes amazing eyesight and nimble fingers.
