Noble rot
This is not the 'pourriture noble' or noble rot that creates the sweetness in Sauternes wine. This is just ordinary decay! There are still many good bunches in the shadier parts of the vine but they won't last much longer and there are far too many to eat or give away. This morning we had another learner bell ringing practice that went well. I spent some of the afternoon listening to the Brexit shenanigans and feeling quite depressed about it all.
