An afternoon walk along the beach

After a very wet, dismal morning the afternoon, eventually, turned sunny and reasonably warm. 

We donned our wellies and set off for a walk along the beach. The incoming tide was reaching its highest point so there wasn't a great deal of sand but what little there was was busy with families and their pets.

We met Lisa who was having the greatest fun among the breakers and then there was the crazy dog who just couldn't get enough of the waves .... the bigger the better.

Home tomorrow .... don't know when we'll set off but we will be home before dark.
