So you think I run on the beach every day? Maybe only when I try to catch the bus!!!

The 15 terminates at Joppa Pans. It goes to Penicuik. I think this is where the trams also used to terminate. (Apologies for mentioning the dreaded T word.)

Running on the sands at dawn this morning was a delight and the crescent moonset cross-fading with the rising sun must surely banish anyone's lingering January blues?

I had an extra spring in my step this morning inspired by our visit to the stunning Scottish Ballet's Nutcracker last night. The tide was out and no one about as I rehearsed my own version of pas de basque!! :))
