Autumn is Coming

I took a chance on the weather and headed to Stourhead in Wiltshire for a walk around the landscape gardens in search of Autumn colour.

I visited the house and had a lovely long walk, though the colours have yet to reach their autumn glory and the skies were generally grey.  However in late afternoon the sun suddenly broke through for a few minutes to give an idea of what Autumn in this iconic location can bring (couple more in extras).
