Passed!!!

Well I did it, I passed my driving test first time with only 3 minors which is fantastic! I am so excited and can't wait to properly start driving and take friends out without having to get a lift from mum!
The route that the examiner made me do was extremely complicated with a load of big, mini roundabouts, traffic lights, high streets, pedestrian crossings, bus lanes, the lot! I managed it a literally did all junctions in 1st gear to be as cautious as possible, excessive mirror checking and constant clutch control!
It was almost comical. I was sweating like a pig throughout the whole test, sitting in silence and thought I had failed at more than one occasion.
The nerves were sky high which didn't help but I managed to complete all the manuevers correctly.
When I came home I pretended to mum that I had failed and then about a minute later surprised her with the certificate. She is well over the moon, at least I think she is but I am sure she is very apprehensive about letting me on the road alone.
It was truly classical because within 10 minutes of celebrations mum made me go straight back to the revision!!
Anyway, I am over the moon :D
