WIP

I haven't touched the model railway layout for weeks, having hit a problem with the electrics. On Monday night I had another bash with it and risked wielding the soldering iron. This time made a much better job of it. So it all now works, meaning I can turn to the scenic side of things, starting with ballasting the track.

The ballast I'm using is apparently made from crushed fruit stones, and it is kept in place with an application of QuickShine floor polish. As the title says this is WIP and you can see I've got a lot of tidying up to do before it is acceptable to the foreman of the PW gang
