It's all in the detail ...

Ellen was painting some sculpture plinths made for her by a local man. At one time. way back, I thought I might be able to make them with a fairly rudimentary tool set. I discovered then that anything involving a right angle was beyond my talents.

She is also torchless. The replacement kit which arrived today doesn't fit the existing hose couplings so back it went.

All this reminded me of the delightful detail which she achieves with such a brutal instrument.
