A piece of wood

A number of years ago I brought this wood, and an identical sister piece, down from Shetland. Its finally destination is Central Scotland.

Today, out of the blue, a text arrived asking about its exact size. A photo to show its colour was requested. It seems that plans for my sister's new kitchen are taking shape.

I'm starting to think I might actually have to deliver this some time soon!
