Start into the day with some rain. Afternoon was nice though. In this forest I found one gigantic butter mushroom, beautiful but thrown away by someone together with about 12 big salmon mushrooms. Why would someone pick, find and dig out all these mushrooms and then just throw them away? I don’t understand that. We had the second day with a delicious chanterelles dish and both liked it a lot. Let’s hope that the canned chanterelles stay good a little longer than last year.
We had a fun time in the yard together making a big bonfire.
