Citizens of The Lagoon

This afternoon, the weather being rather better than the forecast, MaggieD, Chloe and I parked at the Helix and walked up to the Kelpies and back again then did a little detour and walked round the Lagoon. Above is a little sample of the birds on and around the water. i must admit I was quite surprised to see those tiny cootlings. It is rather late in the season so I do hope they make it.
