It's been a long time.

Hopefully wi-fi in full working order after long delay getting new router (ordered but no arrangements to send it etc etc!)
Have managed to keep up with your journals and make a few comments.
I can now access the website to give my opinion on provider's 'customer service'.  How can I politely put it!!!!
