Racking

Coached the school girl's football team, it was great fun I had the p2s(age 7) to p7(age 12) all working together on drills.

Scavenged more slabs of a neighbour so dropped them off at the allotment.

Came back to rack the cider, that is trying and take soem of the fluid off to leave the sediment. We had to taste each sample as we processed. What amazing variety of tastes. We had a few visitors to sample, the street dads did not think we could make a decent cider, they were impressed.

Topped up with some sugar to start another fermentation, it is bubbling away again.

Up early tomorrow for girls club football match.

This is all the cider before racking, some have sultanas in them to give a different taste.
