Creative Flipchart

I set a task for forty senior executives at IESE, today, to come up with a creative flip chart showing their leadership journey since we last met a few months ago.

This one won first prize for its intrinsic endeavour and, also, the quality of insight and open sharing of its creator when they talked to it in their small group.  Please note that every Gaudi-esque element was individually hand cut and pasted, just like his real mosaics.

In all, we had a great morning of raising learnings to consciousness, the better to aid internalisation and sustainability.  In all, 120 hours of individual learning took place with over eighty items of pre-work submitted in advance.   The Program Director was well pleased with my closing speech at the prize giving which she found moving.  Maybe we'll repeat!
