Late fruiting

Pleased to say that the river is going down and our allotment was not inundated at the peak.
A good few hours hard work this afternoon. Cutting the grass on the riverbank and on the paths between the raised beds. Also harvesting the last of the beans, some random onions that had escaped earlier harvesting, blackberries and these lovely golden raspberries.
The biggest job though has been utilising the compost from one of our compost bins. When we are finished we will turn the compost in the other bin. At the moment it's giving me proper gardener's aching muscles.
Finished with some weeding. A good afternoon's work and so nice in the sunshine.
