Sleepy pooch

Liquid fast until dinner today. Felt great and dinner tasted that much better. I made a veggie chow mein and grilled Chinese broccoli (gai lan). Terrific recipe from the Herbivoracious cook book. 3 out of 3 recipes have been a smash success.

Mondays I do not take Frida to work with me, and I think she misses me when I'm gone. This is the first time she's ever snuggled like that while we're watching t.v. Sweet dog, that Frida.
