Today I have slept all day.
I had a panic attack last night, lasting around 3hrs, and had to take quite a bit of diazepam to calm down. The effects left me really tired today.

Unfortunately I'm babysitting the boys tonight, which is ok now, they are in bed. Got a feeling I could be falling asleep on their sofa.

Harris was as wild as ever, throwing himself at anyone and anything. A rare quiet moment on the chair.
