Friday

The day started with an appt at the doctors about my chest. Got fully checked over; my pulse and heart were racing. He reckons I've got inflamed cartilage between my ribs and breast bone due to the panic attack on Tues. He have me a prescription for ibuprofen gel. He said it could take a few wks to heal.

Then I came home and got a bit stressed about all the bits of paper around the flat with appt times with various people, information sheets. And with what I have in my head to do as well I got really panicky. What a mess! I did nothing about anything as it was too overwhelming.

In between all that, the door went and I got given these flowers from work :)
