Couch Dog

A frankly luxurious 9hrs sleep last night, then a long lazy breakfast.
Missy is not a morning person. We open her crate when we get up and she is glad of a cuddle and a stroked ear, but she seldom moves.
Usually I'm on coffee number two by the time she appears. She'll potter around for a bit, before going (almost always suddenly) totally nuts for a few minutes. There's no apparent reason for it, but every morning is the same. Loony tunes, bouncing off couches and walls, spinning in circles.... Then falling fast asleep on a lap. On some occasions she gets awoken by a dad in search of a blip.

Treated myself to a gym session, a body balance class and then a cardio session. Two and a half hours of excercise - so I don't feel so bad about the huge amount of homemade pasta I've eaten this evening :-)))
