A Funny Shape

I spotted this funny-shaped twig as I walked past the local churchyard this morning, and as I don't have much time today I decided to make it today's blip. (We're setting off later this evening to drive part-way to Cheshire to visit Mum-in-law this weekend - after all, we've been back home from China for five whole nights so it's time we went away again...!!).

I think the top bit of it (from where it starts to branch) looks a bit like a swan with a funny shaped head, but my Editor is rather sceptical about this. I wonder what fellow blippers think.
