Waiting for the call......

......did you know the modern acrobatic circus performers are most often recruited from failed Olympians, and there is often a glut of new recruits every four years? As a former Olympic flame runner, I'm still waiting for the recruitment call.

Elsewhere, I was out of bed at 5am for the red-eye to London. I felt distracted and nervous as I've got a huge backlog of work, and a series of meetings to start the week means I'll get precious little of my backlog cleared before more urgents are piled-on. Hohum.

Anyhoo, home tomorrow night and I always feel much better with Nancy, Owen and Doctor Evil around.
