It's Freezing!

Have returned to my pre-festive season endeavour of trying to use up everything in the freezer before I stock it again. There's always something(s) that seems to languish in the freezer's depths unused. Determined to fill it with more home-cooked stuff in future. Time will tell. More soup made this evening for tomorrow - trying to use up veg. This time made from potato, shallots, leeks, carrot and some lentils added for good measure.
