And for sweet .....
By now most know and have seen my evening meals mains that always include at least 750g of allotment vegetables with no white or grey carbohydrates.
For sweet I always have a a fruity mix that always includes berries with oat-bran and Greek yogurt. Tonight’s sweet is my Blipfoto for today: 200g strawberries, 75g blueberries, 2 figs, 100g stewed prunes and apricots, 100g oat-bran and 4 tablespoons of full fat Greek yogurt . It was delicious
