Monomonday: Perranporth Pastimes

We arrived in Perranporth late afternoon after a fairly unpleasant drive over Bodmin Moor where allyoucould see was the spray from the car in front to find the rain had stopped and people were emerging to indulge in what appears to be the town's two main pastimes: dog walking and bodyboarding / surfing

We had a quick walk, stocked up on some food and headed for our lodge. It's situated in Perrancombe, a secluded valley about 1 1/2 miles up a winding single track road and is wonderfully peaceful and comfortable with a hot tub under cover from the elements. We shared a bottle of Cava while relaxing in it before dinner.

The only downside is the (understandably, give the location) intermittent nature of the wifi. It's taken until Tuesday afternoon before there was enough strength to upload this, so comments may be limited.
