A nice boiled egg

After an early morning visit to the dentist for a long session of drilling and dribbling I couldn’t eat for ages but when I did this tasted lovely.

After the dentist Mr C helped encase me in a headscarf for the photo booth. (My mouth was still drooping so I look even more suspicious than normal). I need 2 photos for our visit to the consulate in London, plus letter of invitation which just arrived, and completed visa application plus passport to queue for interview. It can take 5 days for them to get our letter of invitation even though we have one so we can’t go till Monday. Then they take 5 working days to process it all which gives 2 days for our passports to come back before we are due to leave. So much red tape that’s not evident when a trip gets booked.
