Oh What a Web They Weave

Dear Diary,

It has been a very bad year for the tent caterpillars around here.  Some years aren't so bad but this year it looks like Halloween came early.  They are everywhere!  I cut what John and I could reach in Auntie's Tree but some are just too high.  It is very unsightly.   The early morning sunlight through this one is nice but I cleared it out after I took the picture.  I love spider webs and the fall seems to bring them out but not these tangled webs.  Ugh!
