Monday: Autumn Equinox

Beautiful weather all morning, MrD went for a ride on his motorbike to test the new seat...
I put washing in the machine but nothing would make it work, so I’m getting a new one... meanwhile, washed the clothes through in the sink and hung them out just as the rain started, they are currently being rinsed (again!!) with rainwater, will this catch on?? Very environmentally friendly!! Just hope the washing line doesn’t snap under the weight...
Before the rain started, after his motorbike ride, MrD went picking sloes & collected blackberries too, so I spent a while washing the fruit & made a bottle of blackberry gin and 2 of sloe gin.
I think today’s blip is of a parasitic wasp, had to catch it in a glass jar to take it outdoors, moving far to quickly to take a photo - maybe someone in Blipland can identify it?
