Autobahn

It was dull and damp when we arrived at Rotterdam and it was 7:30 UK time so we got off the boat and parked nearby to have a leisurely breakfast before setting off at around 9:30 Dutch time. The rain soon stopped and we made good progress through the Netherlands and Germany before stopping for lunch not long after the blip was taken, as we were approaching Frankfurt. The scenery is very pleasant, albeit not spectacular and there was only one slow bit all day. We arrived south of Nürnberg at around 18:30, well on the way to Austria.
