Homeward Bound

Newmarket services, last stop on an interrupted journey from Southampton to Norwich which took ten hours in total! We lost two and a half hours when picking Jacinta up from our overnight stay. Just a few hundred yards from the hotel we were immediately behind a motorist who turned right only to be hit by a cyclist who had been using the pavement. A minor bump but the cyclist was knocked unconscious - no helmet. We parked up and awaited the police so we could be recorded as witnesses before walking on to meet Jacinta and go in search of lunch.

Jamie is now in Norwich for a week with an appointment to discuss housing needs and a list of friends to catch up with.

I have a week in Una’s empty house. We’ll be visiting her a few times.
