Day 13

Day 13.....Barcelona....The campsite has a bus twice a day that takes you into the city. For £4 return and a 40 min ride both ways, that’s great. We booked a hop on hop off tour on an open top bus which was 4 hours in total. English commentary on board and free little headphones. I took loads of photos but here are some to give you a taste of our day. La Sagrada Familia was a must to visit. It’s still a work in progress and was designed by Antoni Gaudí. It’s a truly amazing piece of architecture and absolutely stunning inside and out. The detail just goes on and one and the windows are beautiful. Well worth a visit! Being on the bus provided a welcome breeze in what must have been near 30 degrees! When back a cool down swim in the pool was most enjoyable then we sat outside under the awning till 9.30 and still very warm. Great day! A few more in extras.
