Then a lovely visit from NothingGetsLost, plans made for all sorts of adventures.

Then a quick drive to Ambleside to support my friend Jo who was giving a free talk on pain management (I've stolen her title for today's blip). A poor turnout on a glorious day, but we all have to start somewhere. Jo has totally changed my relationship with pain, and hugely improved my recovery and performance. And despite all the time we've spent together I still learnt a thing or too today.
