I can see clearly now

Much better today, both physically and mentally.
A walk out along Ullswater - I was going to have a wild swim - but haven't really thought through the logistics of that with Missy yet - its fun to splash around with her, but she can't really swim any distance and the road is too close to the lake.
So a long walk, lots of fetching the stick from out of the Lake and then the gym & hopefully the last mow of the grass this year.
