Breakfast muffins?

Or that's what Jill calls them. They are lemon and raspberry with poppy seeds on top an d the others are apple and cinnamon. To me there nice wee cakes that I can eat on the morning bus. And I of course made the weekly soup.

Today we have tried to pull ourselves out from the rock we have been living under for the past 2 weeks.

I'm feeling fit and healthy and ready for my early morning cycle into town. The plan is 50 miles per week, it sounds a lot but its not really.

Lets hope they will let my bike on the bus (anybody know if this is allowed?)
