Watch out, beagles about!

eventually went to sleep about 1.45am, but made sure i set my alarm for 7am to feed the boy. his body clock must be in tune with mine, cos he was barking as my alarm went off!

Pete fed, and how i wish i could've gone back to bed. instead, 2 cuppas, breakfast and by 10am i'm off to Pets at Home to buy Pete one of those extendable leads. we are off to meet lorraine and albert (Petes half bro) at Felley at 11am.

the morning had started with a clear blue sky, but by 9am fog had descended and the day remained gloomy.

Our walk was lovely. we walked for about 2 hours, and Pete had his first venture off lead. back home, bath for Pete (which he dislikes!), and then off to see Aunty Jean and cook her dinner ( a little later than anticipated!).

home by 4pm, Pete is out for the count. totally zonked! i have dinner and he hardly bothers me.

by 7pm i'm whacked and a little snooze on the sofa! making the most of the last Sunday before a full on week, the first full week of the year! Can't wait to be stuck in traffic for ages tomorrow!! :)
