MonoMonday295 The Sea of Crete

Last night we arrived at our holiday destination, Chania, Crete, where it was quickly apparent that the weather had not been ideal!  A storm was still having lasting effects to the point where the outside bar area at our hotel, was still drenched, some 50 yards from the sea.  Today the sea was still choppy to say the least, although the sun shone brightly,  the strong breeze quite pleasant...and the bar area was dry and useable!  Nevertheless, my shot is not typical of what we might expect when holidaying in the Mediterranean.
In extras, some rather sweet ducklings have drink provided by a kind restaurateur, seen as we walked along the seafront path this morning.
