No Crackers Gromit! We've Forgotten The Crackers!

I've been meaning to get a new battery for my watch for 2 years! I rely on my phone for far too much these days, including the time.
I have two other Aardman watches - another with Wallace and Gromit on the motorbike and sidecar and a Shaun the Sheep one. My kids and I were massive W&G fans back in the day.
This one is my favourite though, from their first animation 'A Grand Day Out'.
I've had this watch for about 30 years. I can't believe Wallace and Gromit are that old!
Not long after I got the watch I accidentally threw it into the dying embers of the fire among some screwed up tissues then went to bed.
I found it next morning when I cleaned the grate out. The strap had completely burnt away but amazingly the watch was still going.
I wrote to Aardman products and told them what happened and asked if they sold the straps seperately and do you know what - they sent me one free of charge!
It is now 9.15pm - this is how long this blip has taken me :-)
