Should have known better

The M62 'managed motorway scheme' has resulted in countless miserable wasted hours & a dramatic increase in accidents over the past 12 months ... with another year of the same to come.

I never use it to commute on now. Except tonight, because a lot of people are still off. Silly me for thinking that would make a jot of difference.
